"At one time I would give Shalyn Clark State Farm 5 stars. That was back when my contact there was Chris, that was later replaced by Ivan, that was later replaced by Ernie (I think was his name), and in more recent times, Debbie. My frustration lies in that over time, it has become more challenging to get to a "live" person to talk to at Shalyn Clark. I recently traded cars and when I called the office, even past 9AM, the hours stated they open, I would get a message that I was calling after hours. Then, after that, when calling back about 4 more times, I would get a recorded message to leave a message. Fed up with their lack of response, I just moved my business to another State Farm Agent. I am happy with my State Farm insurance. I have just become unhappy with my Agent office. When I finally did get a call back last week, I was told they don't answer their phone when they have staff meetings. Sorry, but I find this unacceptable. Someone should be answering the phone during what is promoted as their office hours. It tells me your clients are not priority. Perhaps have your staff meeting at 8AM, so you are ready for your clients at 9AM, when you state your office is open? At the very least have someone sit out of your staff meetings to answer calls that come in beginning at 9AM? Anyway, I am hopeful my new State Farm Agent office will deliver customer service I expect from State Farm and also not be changing my point of contact so frequently."

"My wife and I have been with the Shalyn Clark, STATE FARM office for probably five years , we had previously never had a great experience when I had an issue with previous insurance companies ! Mostly just annual pricing increases Actually, most of the other agents I had I found online or I use them for a while before they quit and always moved around because agents moved around. Shopping online is fine for maybe some things but not for good customer service in the insurance business. I decided to go to Shalyn Clark based on a recommendation have a good good friend of mine who retired in the insurance business after entire life with State Farm . My friend told me that Shalyn Clark State Farm was absolutely the best. I set up an appointment with Shalyn and specialist Lori Walker after a brief meeting with Shalyn changed all of our homes Auto from other companies consolidated in to STATE Farm , in the last five years, sadly, my wife and I have had two fender benders hail, storms damage in our home, my office and two of our rentals, all insured by STATE FARM bad luck but we’ve got three vehicles at home and Tennessee, Texas and also rental property a commercial building and umbrella policy so we’ve had all of those over the years switched to Shalyn Clark State Farm. It is just refreshing and amazing to have someone on the other end of the phone locally or I could make an appointment and drop in the office in hurst and have their staff take care of business so with the events that I’ve had I probably met four or five of the different specialist. Everyone have been amazing and many many of the people have been there for numerous years so that is the in itself. Is A sign of experienced loyal employees , which is the key to any successful business. Interesting enough I had surgery a week ago. It wasn’t life-threatening but major reverse shoulder replacement and I was confined to the hospital all day and now doing rehab for the next six or eight weeks. I had just mentioned after I had a conversation about a premium payment with myn agentsrepresentative Lori And told her I was having surgery. She was concerned said she would keep me in her thoughts four days later I got home. I got a beautiful get well card signed personally by at least eight or 10 people from the office. I was blown away. I’m just a regular customer needing regular insurance for my home auto business and the thoughtfulness of a card in the mail individually signed by most of the staff was just amazing amazing amazing ! how many companies would go through that kind of thoughtfulness ? that’s why I think it’s important to take a minute and let you know , when you want somebody who really takes care of business the insurance business call Shalyn Clark State Farm and she will direct you to the right people for the need and hopefully will be a great experience.
